The consequences of the Wrecker attack are felt: some of the city’s heroes, helpless in the face of such a threat, decide to raise the stakes. This is the case of Alto Voltaje, formerly a member of a traveling catch fighter show, who regains the confidence to go out and fight crime using his electric powers. For this he recruits Miss Cap, the young companion of Captain Cheapskate. Together they investigate the Morgen company, responsible for the creation of the Wrecker.
